New outdoor swimming pool 10.0 x 4.0m with hopper bottom providing a 2.0m deep end enabling safe diving and a 1.1m shallow end with corner steps for ease of access and egress. This pool was lined standard range on-site lining finished in blue.
Included were a paved surround and roll-on roll-off covers. The plant room was fitted with a full filtration system to include for summer use air source heat pump.
