Residential Remodel and Refurbishment, Kingsdown

We have recently been employed to undertake the full renovation and remodel of an existing dwelling in Kingsdown, including roofing replacement, external landscaping, and internal upgrades. All associated services, including electrical and plumbing along with high-specification finishes, are to be included throughout.

We have had the scaffold and temporary roof erected to protect the fabric of the building, and we are stripping the existing roof covering and installing new insulation and weatherproof membrane along with installing new slates and replacing all lead gutters and flashings. Externally we are also upgrading and repairing timber windows along with render repairs and redecorations throughout.

Internally we are undertaking a complete soft strip of the building, damp treatment works to the external walls, and minor structural alterations including 2 new staircases. We are also installing new underfloor heating throughout, a complete rewire and a plumbing system overhaul, including a new boiler and pressurised hot water cylinder.

The design includes a complete refurbishment and upgrade with bespoke interiors. Bespoke kitchen design, custom-made wardrobes and fitted storage and feature panelling throughout. There are also plans for fully refurbished bathrooms and ensuites, new floor finishes throughout and a complete internal redecoration.
