To construct a new inground swimming pool to be 12.0 x 4.0m with a 1.2m flat bottom. Pool to be lined with Extreme on-site pool lining with tiled effect finish including corner steps for ease of entry and exit. The pool surround was finished using natural stone paving and the areas were secured by way of a picket fence as no safety cover was required.

The plant room was fitted out with a full filtration system to include an air source heat pump for summer use only.
