Hythe Apartment Block Refurbishment

Our refurbishment project focused on the complete renovation of 20 seafront apartments, located in a prime coastal area. The goal was to enhance the property’s aesthetic appeal, improve functionality, and provide modern living spaces. The apartments, which had fallen behind modern standards, were transformed into stylish, energy-efficient homes that offered breath-taking views of the sea.

The apartments, though located in a desirable location, were in need of significant modernization. The property was originally built in the 1980s and, over time, had suffered from wear and tear. The building’s layout and design did not maximize the incredible views of the seafront and opposite park, and the interiors were outdated, with aging electrical systems, inefficient heating, and poor insulation.

Externally, we replaced all roof coverings, all new windows and doors throughout, insulated and rendered the external façade along with installing new porches and balconies to the apartment blocks. We also provided communal external spaces for the apartments with a mixture of soft and hard landscaping.
The interiors were completely gutted and renovated. the layouts were reconfigured and made more open plan. We then re wired, plumbed, installed new kitchens and bathrooms, flooring plastered and decorated
