Following the demolition and clearance of an old pub site, P A Hollingworth & Co Ltd were contracted to provide 9 new townhouses.

The site comprises a small self-contained private estate of 9 new 4 bedroom dwellings. These are townhouses with a mixture of detached and semi-detached options constructed within an enclosed area of boundary walls and fences. When completed a tarmac access road will service the landscaped site and incorporate allocated parking for homeowners. These traditionally built, block and brick, family homes are being constructed on 2 levels adding interest to the location and will be finished to a high standard and benefit from the usual 10-year house-builder’s warranties. Completion is due in November 2019.
