To provide a new dwelling constructed to match the period properties in the location.
Lower Hardres, Canterbury, Kent.
This new property has been thoughtfully designed to remain in keeping with the surrounding period property and incorporates many relevant features both externally and internally, such as chimneys and fireplaces with timber beams, to create the appearance of a converted barn.
This project is being constructed for a private client who knows what they want and to a very high standard of finish. At over 300m2 this home will consist of 3 bedrooms, 1 with en-suite and a family bathroom and plenty of ground floor living space.
Due for completion in July 2019.
Clients and their design team delighted with progress so far. The project is due to complete July this year, however, we are experiencing a 3-week delay taking us into August following the addition of a considerable amount of extra works requested by the clients not originally part of the contract.
