P A Hollingworth & Co Ltd were contracted to uplift the exterior of this building in Folkestone, Kent, constructed in approx 2000 and due to its proximity to the seafront, was showing signs of distress.
Scaffolding was erected to all 3 elevations for access to all areas. Our team of builders in Kent then carried out refurbishment, repair and cleaning to all exterior windows and doors. Repointing localised areas of brickwork and redecoration to all steelwork and lower rendered walls. Cleaning of roof and moss removal. Cleaning and refurbishment of all rainwater goods. As commercial builders in Kent, we are used to close liaison with many parties, this was no different, requiring excellent communication by our onsite staff and office staff to all occupants and their agents to solve individual apartment issues.
