To carry out planned maintenance of Blocks 14 & 15 sea-facing elevations to include the following;
– Erection of access scaffolding to include security measures as deemed necessary.
– Full on-site survey
– To grind out and re-point brickwork to all unstable areas
– To cut out and repair all cracks and blown areas of reinforced concrete to roof overhangs and underside of balcony’s
– To replace all cracked or broken glass to balcony screens
– To carry out repairs to the steel frame of balcony’s as required
– To rake out all existing windows to brickwork abutment seals and replace
– To prepare and redecorate all previously decorated surfaces
– To clear and clean all affected areas
