P A Hollingworth & Co Ltd were contracted to replace a tired bungalow, with a modern new 2 storey family home.
This plain 60’s built bungalow, which has been extended in its past, is to be turned into a modern 2 storey family home. Four beds all with en-suite, vaulted ceilings and an exterior designed to look and feel contemporary with interesting elevations and a timber clad finish.

Feedback
This project was completed on time and on budget, give or take a few variations to the contracted works. The clients were extremely pleased with the result and the finish and the Architects Urban & Rural were pleased with both the contract management and the sharp finish and attention to detail. The property fits the requirements of the clients exactly, and the exterior space, which was plain and dishevelled, has been landscaped and maximised to produce a great area for entertaining and relaxation.
We are pleased to add that due to the success of this project, we are working on other new projects for both client and architectural practice.
