P.A. Hollingworth & Co is considered one of East Kent’s premier family run construction companies. Established in 1979 they have built a solid reputation for quality work carried out by a team of directly employed traditional tradesmen.
Staff
P.A.Hollingworth & Co directly employ most of their staff and this is supplemented by only a few hand picked sub-contractors all of whom have been working in partnership with P.A.Hollingworth for many years. All staff follow an on-going training and development programme within the company and are highly qualified in their particular fields.
Scope of Work
P.A.Hollingworth & Co carry out work in all aspects of the construction industry and are happy to provide you with a tradesman to carry out your minor requirement or the full team if you require an extension or larger alteration.

From Conception to Completion
If your project is small and does not require drawings or engineering, P.A.Hollingworth & Co are happy to advise and provide detailed quotations for the work you require. If the project is a larger one such as extensive alteration or extension then they require detailed design drawings from which they can provide you with a full quotation.
If you do not have such drawings and need assistance, P.A.Hollingworth & Co can put you in contact with an architect, engineer or specifier who will be able to help you through the difficult process of local authority planning and building control and from these drawings provide a quotation.
If you already have all the drawings then forward them to us and we will arrange to meet with you and provide you with the quotation you require.
Programming
Once the formalities of quoting for your project are complete and the contract formalised, P.A.Hollingworth & Co will provide you with a detailed Programme of Works showing commencement and completion dates along with timings for the individual trades and sections of the project. Information which is invaluable to you the client to enable you to plan your life around the work
